The Cascade Hills residential complex is situated on a hill in the center of Yerevan. It is conveniently located near a transport interchange and is within walking distance of the Opera and Ballet building, via the stairs of the Cascade Complex. The complex offers 24/7 security, a separate playground, a swimming pool, a supermarket, various salons, a kindergarten, and a gym. We recommend using mobile taxis apps 1. There will be an additional 'linen' charge for who use sofa-bed and/or travel-cot. Guests must request the extra sleeping place before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive a fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival.
