This is a quiet neighborhood, therefore, NO BIG GATHERINGS in front of the property are permitted. -No visitors. All guests must be on the reservation— unless it is discussed prior to your stay and agreed upon. Otherwise, we charge $50 for any extra visitor that is not registered in the booking. -No BIG PARTIES OR EVENTS. Any unauthorized event or large gathering will result in a loss of deposit. - No smoking. NO drugs of any kind. (There will be a $150 fee charged to clean up the smell) -NO pets - There is an extra charge of $100 for cleaning if found any waste of pets or fur. - For your safety, we have one security camera recording 24 hours on the exterior of the property. -Lastly, if you damage the property, you will be charged accordingly. This camera is sensor-controlled and will record once they detect motion. If you rent a car or catch an Uber you will be in downtown in 5 minutes. There you will find supermarkets, bakeries, shops, gyms, restaurants, Parque La Fortuna, etc. If you want to be more adventurous you can explore La Fortuna on foot. It takes roughly about 15-25 minutes (depending on your pace) walking from our property to the town. So if you're up to a bit of a workout and enjoy getting a more intimate look at the neighborhood we recommend it. *The property is on the second floor of a two-story building with neighbors below us. Our neighbors have two friendly dogs. *Since the apartment is on the second floor all children must be supervised as there is a balcony. *Private bathroom is attached to the property but does not have direct access to the interior of the apartment. * Our awesome housekeepers do an amazing job at keeping our property sparkling clean. However, please keep in mind that we are in a tropical country with lots of wildlife around us such as birds, iguanas, geckos, birds, water bugs cows, etc. so you might encounter natural waste during your stay. Again, we will do our best to prevent it:) *Water Quality: We are blessed to have a clean, fresh water resource, so it's totally safe for you to drink the water from the tap in the apartment or anywhere around La Fortuna.
