Frugal in space, this upper floor studio is ideal for three and spacious for one or two singles, or a couple plus a friend traveling on a budget. The room includes a queen-sized sofa-bed with extra linens. On the opposite wall is a twin-sized "Murphy Bed". To Use: Pull the metal handles towards you and downward. The well-balanced, spring-assisted mechanism will follow your lead. Before lowering all the way, fold down the metal legs at the foot which support the bed. Don't forget to fold these back up when stowing the twin bed away, or they will catch in the cabinet. Between both beds is a 52" TV with free Netflix. Below this is a sturdy round leaf-folding table which converts from perfect for two into ideal for four. The catches are just below the table top and are very finger friendly. In addition to the strong complimentary WIFI, this unit also boasts mini-kitchenette appliances for food storage and re-warming: a mini-frig, microwave, two-burner portable stove and a toaster oven - just right for food storage and re-warming. Our building also offers a full-service on-site restaurant serving traditional Hawaiian-style “grindz” with a Chinese flare. Our property offers one free parking space per unit, with ample free parking on the street. We are a block from the local bus line and 15 minutes form the OGG International airport. A little rough-around-the-edges, Central Maui offers shopping and dining plus a little nightlife. It can be challenging for people unaccustomed to an "urban setting" in the process of renewal. You'll be walking distance from cafes, restaurant, shopping and the historic Iao Theater, our central location is ideal for hikers wishing to explore the Iao Valley State Park, or North Shoreline, and a great home base for travel to the East, and South as well.
