This is our personal newly built family home that we are renting out while we travel for the summer or the holidays. Located on the northeast side of the island in Hauula. In a small beachfront community with just a handful of other homes. Just a short walk to the ocean. Entry level is the kitchen, dining room and living room with a half bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you will need to cook meals at the house if you choose. Brand new Samsung appliances, big farmhouse sink with touch faucet, filtered drinking water and large island. Round dining table great for family dinners or card playing. Living room has leather sectional couch, coffee table and two arm chairs. Head upstairs to find a cozy family room with large couch, comfy electric recliner and Smart TV with lots of streaming options. Large laundry room with brand new washer and dryer and folding counter right off family room. Down the hallway to the bedrooms. •Bedroom 1 has a king bed. •Bedroom 2 has two twin bed trundles (so 4 twin beds total). •Bedroom 3 has a twin over full bunkbed, and views of the mountains from the window. • Bedroom 4 has a full bed and a crib, and a view of the ocean from the window. Large Bathroom in the middle of these four bedrooms with full tub/shower on adjustable arm, double vanity and plenty of closet space. Master bedroom is on the other side of the upstairs family room. Spacious room with king bed, desk with chair, and private lanai looking out to the ocean with a comfy egg chair (perfect for watching the sunrise!) Large master bathroom with double vanity, deep soaking tub and huge double head walk-in shower with bench. Back downstairs is a large patio out the sliding glass door with a large propane bbq grill, two picnic tables with large umbrella for outdoor dining, and our trampoline in the yard (use at your own risk). Large common grass area and a nice walkway down to the ocean. Keypad on front door so no hassle with keeping track of keys. Garage will be locked off, but driveway has ample space for parking two cars. I am available by phone, and will have a contact person on island to help if needed. Our home is in a small beachfront community with only a handful of other homes, most of which are still unoccupied. It is safe and quiet, but also a work in progress. There is a shopping center conveniently across the street with a grocery store (Tamura’s), Longs Drugs, post office, medical office, Domino’s and Papa Ole’s (popular restaurant). A car is the best way to get around the island, but the bus stop is right out front of our community if you need.
