We welcome your group to enjoy the Smoky mountains at our cabin and get away from the hustle and bustle during the winter. Comfortable and Cozy 4 bedroom 4 bath cabin. You have access to the whole house :) If there is anything needed during your stay we are available via messages in the Airbnb platform. The Kroger in Pigeon Forge (just across the parkway a few minutes away from the cabin) has pickup and delivery for groceries. There is a Publix close to the cabin as well and we prefer this grocery store over Kroger. Our favorite activities for families are Dixie Stampede, Dollywood, and the Junior Ranger program with the Smoky Mountains. Plus the excellent fishing and hiking! We provide your first needed items such as dish soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. Depending on use you may want to buy some from the grocery store. Check-in is at 4PM and Check-out is at 10AM. We do not offer early check-in or late check-out. If you plan to party do not book this cabin. It is our home and you must treat it with respect. Parking: There are 3 parking spots. Access: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code the day before arrival. Outdoor grill: A park style grill is available for your us. We do not provide charcoal or lighter fluid. Please make sure to put ash inside the provided ash can. Animals: There are animals AND bears in the area. If you encounter a bear or another animal do not feed or try to approach them. Trash: Please place all trash in the trash can outside the cabin. Be aware that trash not in trash can will attract animals of all sizes! We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. This is a NON SMOKING cabin. If you smoke inside the cabin you will be charged $500, plus the increase in cleaning fee, plus any damages. The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. No children under the age of 18 permitted at anytime without adult supervision. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $500 and you will be asked to leave. Absolutely NO fires outside of the fireplace! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $200 plus damages. There is composting facility located nearby that can at times create an odor that affects this resort and as far away as the Parkway and Dollywood. This is generally not a significant issue but depends entirely on wind, time of the year or day, weather conditions and what the city is doing at the facility at any given time - while rare and random it can and does occur at points throughout the year. The location, views and amenities we hope outweigh this potential inconvenience. Do NOT lean or hang on the railings.
