This condo is a great space to launch your dreams of Kona adventure. Centrally located in the heart of Kona and within a few minutes walk to stores, beaches and restaurants, you will find this a convenient and enjoyable space to relax, cook, and sleep after your Big Island Activities. Parking for your car if you have one, is free and close to the condo. No parking garages etc to hassle with. This is a central Kona location. There is great proximity to roads. The building is wood construction. You may hear occasional motorcycle noise. This is a lower floor unit but there are 5 steps up to enter. There is a unit above so there is potential for the sound of upper neighbors walking.
