Take a break from the fast life at this traditional hacienda rock home along the Bay of Concepcion. The solar powered house features 3 primary bedrooms w/ en-suite bathrooms along w/ separate, private terraces and seating areas perfect for taking in the unobstructed ocean views. Descend the private staircase to the ocean’s edge: enjoy snorkeling, kayaking, or a dip in the natural tidal hot springs. Spacious and well-appointed. This is a large, three bedroom three-and-a-half bathroom villa located in the Mulege area of the Baja Coast. Unique with it's rock architecture, the house is large and sweeping views of the coastline are available from nearly every corner of the home. Each of the three bedrooms comes complete with a private suite and balcony seating area to take in the incredible views. On the first floor you'll find two king-sized beds with en suite bathrooms. On the bottom floor of the house, there is a spacious secondary suite with a queen-sized bed and en suite bathroom. The house is set in a secluded neighborhood, through a private, gated courtyard. In the main living space of the house you'll find a large kitchen with updated appliances and all of the supplies you might need to cook a meal for you and your party. Large, comfortable couches and multiple seating areas are found throughout the main living space. For entertainment, there is a TV with a DVD player, and large closet filled with tons of boardgames and toys to enjoy as a family during your stay. French doors lead out of the main area onto the outdoor patio. Grill up some of the seafood you caught earlier in the day and serve a round of drinks from the convenience of the outdoor kitchen and grilling area. Make the most out of your experience here by bringing out the giant Jenga set or playing a game of ladder-ball. We also provide two kayaks for guest use. Parking is only available in the driveway. The garage is off limits to guests. The neighborhood is extremely safe and patrolled by a security guard for added security on an hourly basis. During your stay you will have complete access to the entire place. If you would like housekeeping services at any point, just let the host know and it will be arranged. Things do within the vicinity of the home and nearby town include: -Soak in the natural hot springs in the tidal rocks -Spend a day in Loreto shopping, visiting the Cathedral and enjoying some of the many fabulous restaurants. -Kayaking - Whale watching/ viewing of whale sharks -Hiking -Sailing -Sports fishing -Snorkeling -Scuba diving -Geo caching -Island exploring -Spearfishing -Clamming -Bird watching -Explore the nearby historic mission. -See Indian cave paintins - 4x4 roads that go forever -Surfing at Scorpion Bay -Shell collecting -Bar hoping at the local beach bars -Trailers are not recommended as it is a single lane driveway with minimal turn around space -This is a heavily stair-cased property. It is not handicap accessible. -There is a $60 pet fee. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. -Air conditioning and heaters are in the bedrooms only -House is on solar, must be aware of power usage. -There is no cell phone service. The closest cell phone service is a 10 minute drive north in the town of Mulege. -We do have Wi-Fi to accommodate calls, texts, emails, etc.
