This Cabin comfortably sleeps 12 to 14 people, but can accommodate 16. It has two bedrooms with a king-size bed in each, two bedrooms with two full-size beds in each, and two full-size futons in the living room. It has two bathrooms, a kitchen equipped with basic kitchen items, and a washer and dryer. Outside there's a patio with a hot tub, fire pit, charcoal BBQ grill, picnic tables, horseshoes, & volleyball net. Location and outdoor amenities make this cabin a great place to relax, unwind, and enjoy some river time. The Frio Bravo Cabin is conveniently located within a short walking distance to Hippie Chics River Shack and Hippies & Hops, River Oaks public swimming pool/splash pad, and convenient store with beer cave and liquor store. The river can be accessed at any of the public river crossings. The cabin is located 1.1 miles from Kenneth Arthur Crossing and 1.2 miles from Neal's Lodge and swimming hole. For tube rentals and shuttle service, it is about 0.7 miles to Andy's and/or Josh's Frio River Outfitters. Our Neighborhood is located between Andy's and Kenneth Arthur Crossing. Within walking distance to: *Hippie Chics River Shack *Hippies & Hops *River Oaks Swimming Pool and Splash Pad * Putt-Putt Golf *Convenience Store WiFi and Smart TV with most streaming services available. Each bed has a protector, bedspread, and pillows. Sheets are NOT provided. MINIMUM NIGHT STAY: 3-night stay required for Summer and Holiday bookings (Spring Break, Easter, and Thanksgiving).
