The recently refurnished living room boasts a 55" 4K Samsung TV, an XBOX One with an assortment of games, a Blu-Ray player, a classic Nintendo game machine, a sleeper sofa that accommodates two, and an ottoman with a twin size pullout suitable for a child. The kitchenette includes a full sized fridge perfect for longer stays, as well as a microwave/convection oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, french press, and more. Of course, there is WIFI and cable TV service as well. The building's huge hot tub is just right out the back door. Everything you need from a Starbucks to shops and restaurants is about a minute walk from the building over to the Winter Park Village, which is just across the street. The free Winter Park shuttle bus stop is also just across the street if you wish to take the bus down the valley into the town of Winter Park or Fraser, or it's just a quick drive if you prefer to drive yourself into town.
