The Downeast Retreat has hosted many travel workers, excited tourists, and regular vacationers. With plenty of parking space for your ATVs and easy access to the Down East Sunrise Trail, this is a perfect destination for anyone looking to find adventure. The closest town with things to do is Machias, just 7 minutes away. The neighbors have a friendly German Shepard who sometimes roams onto our property.
