Guests have full access to all areas of this house except the basement. But you could use the washer and dryer in the basement closet when during your stay. Keypad entry allows you to check-in and out with ease. Self check-in, check in time is anytime after 3pm. Not early check ins. About 1 hour drive to Hershey park. We are not a party house. Sorry we can not accommodate pets. Parking: Off street parking in front of the house along the street, additional parking in the back spot by the garage. In the house: Please take off your shoes when you inside the house. No illegal substances. No smoking in the house. No food or drinks in the bedrooms. No candles or other open flames. Bath Towels: You can find the bath towels in the rooms and bathroom. Please don’t use bath towels for anything else. Only use bath towels for dry yourself. Kitchen Towels: Kitchen towels are in a drawer in the kitchen. If you are interested in cooking please do not food waste left out and clean the dishes. Please do the following before you leave: * Trash: Take out the garbage and place it in the outside trash can. Trash can and recycle bin are in front of a storage shed in the backyard. * Recycle: Cans, plastic bottles, glass bottles, cartons, newspaper, Cardboard and place it in the recycle bin. * Remove any leftover food that you made/purchased from the refrigerator and pantries. * Place your used towels into the hamper. * Please make sure the dishes are cleaned. * Please close all windows and turn off the lights when you leave the house. > If you break or damage something please let us know we can arrange for it.
