This apartment is located in the quiet and secured upper St. Andrew area. It is great for couples who are seeking alone time or for persons who are here to enjoy Kingston life. It has a great mountain and garden view and the beautiful city lights can be seen at night. The apartment has its own entrance with a private patio and includes; •Free Hi-speed Wi-Fi •Netflix and Disney+ tv on the house. •Free In-Unit washer/dryer. •Queen suite with AC unit and 43" smart tv •Dresser with mirror. •The living space has a sectional sofa and a 50" smart TV. •The home is equipped Amazon echo dot with Alexa voice operated to turn on the lights. •2 seat dining table to make dining comfortable. •Cozy bathroom with great water pressure and raindrop shower head •Towels, tissue, toothpaste and bath soap provided •Iron and Ironing board can be found in the bathroom •Fully equipped kitchen with tea station •Microwave and Toaster included We ask our guests not to run the in-unit dryer and electric stove at the same. Guests: Each guest will be provided with a gate access key upon arrival, and access to the apartment will be provided through smart lock capabilities. No more than the confirmed or booked guests are allowed to sleep at the home. However, visitors can be accommodated but will have to leave before quiet time starts. All visitors are expected to park on the street. No parties or gatherings are allowed. Violations will result in canceled reservations and guests will be asked to leave the property immediately with a charge to their card. If my guest needs help to settle in, as long as they indicate this I will make arrangements to try and be available. Located in the upper St.Andrew area in the neighboring community of Havendale, the property is 2 mins drive uphill. The area is known to be quiet and secure. Beautiful mountain views on the property and city lights can be seen at night. This area has dogs in other homes so occasional barking may be heard. Guest may get around easily with their own vehicle, GPS navigation works great in Kingston. Private taxi services are available and if you're feeling spontaneous public transportation is also in close proximity. One parking spot is allotted to the guest, in the event they have a visitor they can park on the street close to the entrance gate of the property. Early Check-In and/or Early Check Out To adequately prepare the space for you our guests, we are usually unable to facilitate early check-in and/or late check-out. Check-In Check-in is anytime after 3 pm. On the day your reservation begins, check-in instructions can be found in the Reservations Tab after 2:00 pm. All details relating to check-in, wifi password, and house rules are located there. Check-Out When you're checking out, you are expected to return the gate access key to the designated area, violation of such will attract a fee of $150. Checking out late is subjected to a fee of a 1-night stay at the then prevailing room rate. What We Provide We provide basic linen and supplies to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests can expect one sheet per bed, towels (1 Towel and 1 wash cloth per guest), toilet paper, hand soap, pots/pans, kettle, dishes and bowls, glassware, eating and cooking utensils, knives, and a trash bag. What to Bring To ensure your stay is personalized we recommend that you bring: bath toiletries, laundry detergent, Specialty kitchen items (Ovenware, tinfoil and etc), additional trash bags, bath towels (if needed). Supplies: We do not provide room service or restock supplies during your stay. If housekeeping service is needed during your stay, this can be facilitated for an additional fee. Other Things to Note: We do not allow music videos and/or photoshoots. Smoking/parties/functions and/or events are strictly prohibited. Our House Rules are strict and must be adhered to.
