Mackenzie and Henry, your hosts, have just launched a renovated space within walking distance of both WVU stadium, the WVU Children's Hospital, and the Ruby Memorial Hospital. All furniture, beds, and linens are brand-new. Bathrooms and flooring have been fully renovated. Come be one of our first guests! Top (3rd) floor has two bedrooms: Bedroom 1: King-size bed, closet, and dresser storage. Private en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2: King-size bed, closet, and dresser storage. Bathroom accessed from the bedroom and the hallway. The Middle (2nd) floor is the main living area: Full kitchen with breakfast bar, half bath, dining table for four, living room with couch and chair, and tv. There is also a small patio off the kitchen where you can see the WVU Football Stadium! Ground (1st) floor: Main house entrance, garage, laundry with both washer and dryer, and a bonus bedroom with a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top). There is also a back door to the street. Please note: The third bedroom is remote from the rest of the house as it is on the ground floor. Not recommended for small children.
