Welcome to our brand-new Blue Ocean Villa! Located in Leeward in the gated community of Upper East Side Estates. Your own luxury 4- bed, 4- bath villa with a private pool oasis. Backyard bar, BBQ and dining area with a short 3-minute drive to world famous Grace Bay Beach (Sunset Beach Access). Golf Cart is provided, just load up the beach gear and have fun. Next door is the Tennis Court (gear provided) and you have five cruiser bikes at your disposal. Just relax and have fun! The Villa is well appointed with King beds in each of the four bedrooms. Each Bedroom has a 65" LED TV with full cable and sports. One of the Rooms has an XBOX with pre-loaded games for all the kids at heart. The Living Room and Outdoor Dining Areas have 85" QLED TV's to catch all the big games. The unit has fibre optic with the highest Wifi speed available on island with plenty of sports, movie and HBO to entertain everyone after a day at the beach. The Villa has blenders, barware, insulated drink cups, Yeti mugs, beer cozies and more! It has a full-size washer and dryer and all the appliances including indoor wine and beverage fridge and two outdoor fridges by the pool. The guests will have access to the entire villa as their private Oasis. You will have free access to the Golf Cart provided as well as the Tennis Courts next door. Tennis racquets and balls are provided as is beach chairs, umbrellas and floaties... just load up the golf cart and have fun! We have four new cruiser bikes with baskets for your use, free of charge. Bike to Grace Bay for a day of shopping! Blue Ocean Villa is set inside the luxury gated development of Upper East Side Estates. Located in Leeward, which is minutes away from Grace Bay shopping and a short golf cart drive to Sunset Beach (part of Grace Bay Beach). Leeward is an exclusive electronically gated community on the Island of Providenciales. You will have free parking at the Villa for multiple vehicles. You will have access to our beach Golf Cart, which seats six people for a short 3-minute drive to the beach. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE GOLF CART OUT OF THE LEEWARD GATES! It is not licensed to leave Leeward. You will have access to five (5) cruiser bikes that are located at the Villa for your use and enjoyment. Guests can get optional daily refresh (changes all bedding, towels, ect) and a quick tidy clean that includes dishes and garbage removal. This can also be ordered mid-stay as well.
