This Budget-Friendly Oceanfront studio is directly opposite our pool. This studio apartment sleeps 2 guests and features a kitchenette, AC, SMART TV, Living Area, 1 King Bed, and bathroom with both a shower and jacuzzi tub. There is WIFI throughout and shared access to the pool. We are a 9-minute drive away from Six Roads which has a few supermarkets, fast food restaurants, and banks. The property offers a communal pool with a magnificent view of the Atlantic ocean and easy walking access to Sharkhole Beach. Guests have access to the main floor foyer/reception area and shared pool area. Our live-in house manager Keeymo will be your main contact during your stay. He will be available via text/call from 9am until 5pm Monday-Friday and 10am until 4pm on Saturday's. We are located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. We would recommend hiring a rental vehicle and would be happy to assist with arranging this. Alternatively, the closest bus stop would be an 8-minute walk away. PROPERTY LIMITATIONS: 1. Please note, this studio apartment is located in a larger villa called Villa Zen, there is a HIGH possibility that other guests will be staying in other apartments on-site. 2. Villa Zen is on the Oceanfront which means it has amazing views, however, this also means the sea spray sticks to windows and floors causing things to rust quickly. 3. During your stay construction may be ongoing in other apartments as we make our best efforts to continue to improve Villa Zen. We make every effort to keep all noise to a minimum and will always notify you beforehand. 4. We would HIGHLY recommend renting a car if staying with us. 5. The Poolside is sometimes rented out for a few hours on weekends and school holidays for pool parties (mostly kids' parties). The pool will be closed to guests during private events. We require that all parties finish by 11 pm at the latest. We will always notify you of any events on the property beforehand. 6. You are limited to 2 free visitors at a time. Based on availability additional visitors can purchase pool passes at $20 USD/person or you can book the Poolside for up to 40ppl for $400 USD. 7. While we do allow music to be played on site, we ask that you are respectful of other guests and not play loud music after 9pm during weekdays and 10:30pm on weekends. 8. The outdoor whirlpool by the pool is not functional. 9. Barbados, being classified as a developing country, experiences occasional island-wide utility outages. Although these instances are not frequent, they are more likely to occur during the hurricane season. It is important to be aware that our property does not possess backup water tanks, generators or satellite phones. 10. We ONLY provide bath towels, guests will need to bring their own beach/pool towels.
