3 bedroom 2 bath tropical home (with a master suite), can sleep 6-8 in the beautiful hawaii paradise park. 2 min drive to public shoreline access through paradise dr and 5 min to breath-taking Makuu point. 20-25 min to Hilo, Liliuokalani Park and garden, Carlsmith beach and Wailoa River Park and 40 min to Hawaii volcanoes National park. House has AC , Fast internet. Lots of flowers and fruits in the yard. New furnitures, new appliances, new utensils, great kitchen stocking…. Flowers 🌺🌸and fruits ! Orchids , flowers, Breadfruit , passion fruit , star fruits, orange , lemon 🍋, avocado🥑 , grapefruit,coco, pineapples🍍, banana 🍌, sugar cane growing in the yard. 🤩🤩🤩Come to pick up your own bread fruit , avocado, orange, different types of passion fruit (yellow, orange and purple) from the back yard. And pine apples 🍍and banana 🍌 too if it is in Season ….. Pine apple is fruiting now, I just updated some pictures for small pineapples…..coco and passion fruit are fruiting too ….. and bread fruit …… Banana are having new branches … hope we can have banana fruiting soon ….. Master bedroom is a master suite with its own living room and bathroom (and a French door to the back yard). There is also a portable twin bed and another portable crib stored in the closet for convenience of taking care of babies. Tower AC in the bedroom too , besides the fans in each room and big AC in living room…. Also opening the windows , trend wind will flow into the house and keeps the house cool down. Full access to kitchen,living room, bathroom,3 bedrooms,laundry room Owner or a host can help throughout your stay. Ping owner or host for assistance if need. Neighbour hood is quiet and safe , also this place is quietly by its own. Parking is unlimited in the 1 acre yard. Nearby there is Makuu farmers market every Sunday morning from 8AM-12pm. There is food land super market and gas station nearby in less than 5 minutes. Makuu point and beach cliff is about 2 mins drive , definitely recommend a visit there. Some people enjoying the sunset 🌅 Or sunrise 🌄 at Makuu point a lot. Panaewa zoo is on the way to Hilo and a few nice parks in Hilo too , every beach park has its own beauty and each one is a little different. Volcano 🌋 is a must too, there were 3 eruptions in 2023! Sept eruptions is going on right now ! Hawaiian volcano is shield volcano 🌋 , therefore it is pretty safe. Watching the lava flowing like a river or like a dancing lava spring at night is a must to do once in a life ! 😊 and most importantly bring a telescope. And same telescope can be brought to Mauna Kea Summit & Observatory😊 . The clearest sky 🌌 night in US states. You can watch the stars in the observatory at night and staffs there will explain to you all the stars ⭐️ in a talk every hour. But it is pretty cold so bring down jacket and also some hot cocoa definitely helps too. It could be hot during the hot seasons at day time , keep the windows open a while can help the air flow out and then AC can cool down the place ….water is filtered and UVed, but suggest to drink bottle water or boiled water
