Downstairs you will find a spacious dining room that sits 6 along with a spacious and open living room and seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has been updated with contemporary appliances. Try out our coffee bar! From pour over coffee equipment to easy to use Kuerig, you will have everything you need to start your mornings off right. A private office situated downstairs makes work-from-home easy and peaceful. Original oak hardwood floors throughout bring out the original vintage charm! The downstairs is equipped with central heating and cooling that keeps things comfortable. Upstairs you'll find 4 bedrooms, all with an updated and stylish aesthetic. There are 2 queen beds, a bunk bed with a twin mattress on top and full on the bottom, and a twin bed in the playroom. The bedrooms are comfortably appointed with high-quality bedding and linens. The bathroom has been updated with modern fixtures and finishes. Outside, you'll find a large patio with plenty of seating, as well as a grill, providing the perfect spot for al fresco dining and relaxation. With 3.5 acres of land, there's plenty of room to explore and enjoy the outdoors. Walk up to the top of the hill to explore the vineyards, pick from the blackberry bushes or bring a glass of wine to watch the sunset. Overall, our vintage farmhouse is the perfect blend of vintage charm and modern design, providing a comfortable and stylish space for your group to relax and unwind. Guests are allowed anywhere on our property. For convenience we have highlighted the map in our house manual. We are always here when you need us. We are available by the app or by phone. We are the first house outside of the city limits. It’s a perfect blend of being close to the downtown but feel like you are in the country. Downtown Sebastopol is a wonder cute downtown with access to many restaurants, coffee shops, Whole Foods and The Barlow (Industrial-chic shopping site featuring hip stores, wine tastings & restaurants with outdoor tables) Getting around is very easy and there is ample parking downtown. You can also easy make your way west to the beach/bodega bay, north to Russian river, east to Santa Rosa and south to Tomales Bay Our old farmhouse does central heating and AC downstairs and wall heaters upstairs. If it does become too cold upstairs, we provide extra blankets. Sometimes in the summer the upstairs can get a little hot and we have standalone fans in the closets. This is an old farmhouse in the country and so please note that water pressure can be limited if taking showers back to back or using a lot of water during laundry cycles. Guests should be aware that the country is home to many creatures great and small. Some of the tiny ones may get into the house from time to time although we do thorough cleanings and preventative care regularly. NO REFUNDS will be given if guests come across spiders or mice. That being said we do everything possible to make sure you are taken care of. There is plenty of parking on the premises and an electric car charger should you need it.
