It has AC, Wi-Fi, a mini fridge, and a corner balcony. Ideal for an artist or student or professionnal on a short mission who would like to live with a family. It is all on two floors, with 4 bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen and three bathrooms. The house is nice and cool in the winter and warms up by summer. Being so close to the ocean, there is always a breeze and you can hang out in the back outdoor space to get some fresh air. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with a fridge and gas stove which you can share with us. For sleeping arrangements, there is one bed with a hanging mosquito nets where 2 people can sleep. We have an extra bedroom you can rent if you have travel companions. There are lovely outdoor sitting areas, in front of the house and behind. The garden/terrace is private and fully enclosed by a wall... a few kids books and toys are available. Guests have access to the common spaces - kitchen and dining area, as well as outdoor spaces. We are happy to share a meal, take guests around the neighbourhood, include them in some of our events. However, if guests prefer not to socialize, we will give them space. Close to Ngor beach and boat to Ngor Island. All services are walking distance - fruit and vegetable stands, grocery store, bakeries, restaurants, gas station, computer and hardware stores. It is easy to find taxis or call a Yango in the neighbourhood. On-street parking is available. A large parking lot is close by also. We hope you will imbibe the vibe of our house!
