The house has 4 bedrooms & its decoration inspired by our travels around the world. You'll find plants in each corner & a bright sunny feel. Even little adventurers have been thought of with a treehouse in the garden. Perfect for family holidays to explore this region or just to relax. Large country house and garden with swimming pool. Downstairs consists of a large open plan living room, dining room and brand new kitchen. A covered outside terrace and dining table with BBQ, plancha and pizza oven. An 8*4m pool ( fenced for security, and with an electric cover). Also a studio with large double bedroom, double sofa bed, full bathroom, toilet, independent kitchen & private terrace. Upstairs is a separate WC, bathroom with waterfall shower and bath. 1 bedroom with views over the vineyards. 1 children's room (with single bed in the shape of a racing car. Also availability to put an extra single bed/crib). Master bedroom with queen size bed, work desk area and balcony with views over the pool. The garden is large with many trees and plants. Access to the property is via electric gate so very secure . You have private access to the house, studio and all outside areas . As this is our home we will only accept bookings from families/couples. Please do not request for large groups/parties as we unfortunately have to decline. Biarritz/Cote Basque 1h15 We are in the middle of the vineyards on the coteaux de Jurancon. It’s such a beautiful area with many vineyards around 5km of the house to visit. Beautiful walks, cycling, or just relaxing in the stunning environment. Pau is only 10 minute drive and has many restaurants, cafes, historic sites. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and other essential services all in Gan - just a 5minute drive. Biarritz and the basque coast a little over an hour 🏄‍♀️ Here you need a car as it is a few kms to Pau (& a big hill). Secure parking on place and easy in the town. However cycling and amazing bike rides are all around with fabulous hikes
