Prime location in Emerald isle, which is within walking distance to the beach as well as shopping and great restaurants. You are less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Be blessed and encouraged in this space and enjoy the beautiful Eastern NC coast. Enjoy an outdoor patio table, picnic table, shared screened in porch with a duplex on site, a back yard for lawn games, as well as a shared outdoor shower. There is a duplex in the front of the property. There is a shared screened porch with games, beach chairs available, an outdoor shower, and picnic table. Private beach parking is available upon request and availability. The home is equipped with smart locks, smart TVs(bring your own apps), and an Amazon Alexa. Bath towel, wash cloth, and hand towel provided for each guest. Pets are allowed with $100 pet fee. You have access to a driveway that can accommodate two cars along/parallel to the street(but not in the street) . Parking on the street is prohibited and you can be ticketed. Parking on the grass is prohibited due to the septic system. I am local and can answer whatever questions you may have and have many suggestions for the surrounding area if interested! So many wonderful shops and places to eat near by. The beach is a short walk away and the beaches are beautiful! There are golf cart rentals in the area, walking, biking, car. A beach wagon could be helpful. There is no cable television, only smart TVs(bring your own apps) . There is no laundry available.
