Based in the beautiful village of Chacras de Coria, the home is perfectly placed to explore Mendoza's famous wine region. Designed by experienced super hosts; this home anticipates guests needs and offers a truly relaxing stay. Entering through the electric gates there is ample parking for two vehicles and the entrance to an elegant, high, ceilinged living room. Step out of the large french windows to the patio with its classic Argentine 'parilla' and firepit. The large garden has a mountain view and plenty of room to play. The large, light kitchen has a table for 6 and is fully equipped and stocked with basic cooking essentials. There is an additional toilet here before walking down the unique hall that hosts industrial art to the bedrooms. Two identical twin bedrooms share a shower room in the middle and at the end the Queen master bedroom with its own on-suite shower room. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, are fitted with blackout blinds and overlook the garden. The whole house is accessible, and we have a unique entry system so that you are not under pressure to arrive at a particular time. We want you to feel at home and everything in the Olive Tree is here for you to use and enjoy. A gardener and pool maintainer come weekly which is confirmed with you. For guests staying more than 7 nights a clean is included. The peaceful neighbourhood of Los Castanos in Chacras is the perfect place to relax under the blue sky. The bicycle track at the top of the road leads to the pretty town of Chacras de Coria with a fantastic offering of cafes, restaurants and bars. The local craft fare on Sundays is a must for those staying at the weekend. Alta Vista winery is just a five-minute walk from the house and in the neighbourhood, there is a well-stocked shop with fresh produce and a bakery. Private taxi companies and Uber operate in the area; booking in advance is advised. We have a bicycle rental company who offer drop and pick up bikes from the property, provide you with helmets and a winery route map. They even pick up and deliver any boxes of wine you should buy! Another company we recommended, offer guided half or full day assisted winery bike tours; the latter includes lunch at a chosen winery. Mendoza has a very efficient bus service and the nearest bus stop in less that 5 minutes' walk away. 'Bus Vitivinicola' offers a hop on and off service to some of the best-known wineries in the area and there are two stops close by.
