All Reservations are Subject to the Following Occupancy Clause: When you make your reservation with this condo at Hale Mahina, you agree that you have fully disclosed how many occupants will be traveling in your group. The maximum occupancy is mandatory and there are no exceptions. If you reserve this condo and there are more individuals that are found to be occupying the unit, you will be asked to vacate the property and all deposits are forfeited. Standard Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights.
