Welcome to our remodeled home in the HEART of Rogers! Our Air BnB is perfect for a relaxing getaway or a long-term stay. Wifi access, smart TV, full-size kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable beds! You are less than 10 MINUTES to places like Pinnacle Promenade, Mercy Hospital, downtown, Pinnacle Country Club, Bentonville Municipal Airport, I49hwy, Walmart Amp, restaurants, JQHammonds, and Lake Atalanta! This 2 bedroom 1 full bathroom home is stylish and comfy! The kitchen is equipped with a stove and full size fridge which gives you an opportunity to stay in and eat whenever you feel like it! The house has a large washer and dryer which can be used as needed. We have a Smart TV that is already connected to the internet which allows guests to relax in the evenings by logging into their netflix/hulu account and chilling out... please note that there is no TV service with channels or DVD player. We provide one bath towel and hand washcloth per guest and stock the bathrooms with at least 1-2 toilet paper rolls. If more are needed, please request ahead of time or bring what you may need. A paper towel roll will be available to guests to use in kitchen and all trashcans are filled with small bags for trash. Extra rolls of paper towels and trash bags will need to be discussed before hand or brought by the guests to meet their needs. Our house sits on a large lot so the backyard is very spacious! There is plenty of parking for you to bring up to 2 vehicles. We love hosting guests and are always more than happy to give suggestions on favorite places to eat or things to do! We are so excited to host you during your stay here in Rogers! You have full, private access to the home, carport and backyard. We are always available to answer questions or concerns during your stay. We want to make sure you have the best experience possible - earning 5 star reviews is very important to us as hosts! As mentioned above, the location of this neighborhood is GOLD! Within seconds, you can be out of the neighborhood and on 71B ( Walnut) which is a straight shot to I49 and Bentonville. You’re close to the lake, Walmart, tons of restaurants and shopping. You are only 10min from Mercy Hospital and is very convenient for travelling nurses and doctors! There are coffee shops and restaurants just around the corner. You can't stay in a better location than this! Northwest Arkansas is a growing metropolis area. Most residents have their own cars for transportation. If you do not have a car during your stay, we recommend Uber which is also very popular! My husband and I flip houses in NWA and custom designed this home! We also run several air bnbs in NWA including 2 in Fayetteville!
