Unit is near one of the 2 stairways. Building Complex is located on Hana Highway. PERFECT location to start your adventure on The Road To Hana. Ceiling fans and brand new AC units in both the bedroom and living room. Basic Cable, 46" flat screen TV, DVD player, WIFI (code provided onsite), Aux Speaker in living room and Bluetooth alarm clock/speaker in bedroom. Stocked kitchen has microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, assorted teas, blender, toaster, dishes, some pantry items, some condiments, pots and pans, rice cooker, Brita water filter in fridge and everything you'll need to cook. Queen size mattress and hide-a-bed couch in the living room sleep a total of 4 people. Extra pillows, blankets, towels, linens. Beach towels, mats and blankets. 2 yoga mats, cooler, 3 beach chairs, beach bag, assorted snorkel masks & water shoes, 3 sets of fins, 3 body boards, activity brochures and visitor guides, soap, shampoo, conditioner, some toiletries, clothes iron & small ironing board, hair dryer, and straightening flat iron, are all provided Gate code (in onsite guest binder) to walk to beach & back entrance of renowned Mama's Fish House Restaurant. 150 yards away is Kuau Cove, a small, semi-private beach adjacent to the Mama's Fish House. Outdoor showers, coin or credit card operated laundry & dryers are on premises for property residents & guests only. Host and guest interaction is welcomed but not necessary. The condo is set up for self check in. Keys will be left in a lockbox for you and a code will be provided. We like to let our guests relax and have their privacy but are available if they need us will be able to contact me via text or call if needed The airport & Kahului are 15 minutes away. Kuau Plaza is on the located on North Shore of Maui. It's perfect for sightseeing, island activities, water sports, and relaxation. Kuau store is within walking distance. It is about a 5 minute drive to Paia Town. Paia has quite a few of retail shops, restaurants, bars, and the well known grocery store, Mana Foods. Mana has a variety of organic foods, local produce, & is a relatively inexpensive option to cook meals at home. Paia also hosts a Post Office, Bank, realtors office, Hair Salon, yoga studio all within a walking distance from Mana foods. There are multiple beaches within a 7 minute drive; Kuau Cove, Tavares, Lower Paia Park, Baldwin Beach, Ho'okipa Park, and Sprecklesville. The road to Hana and The Seven Sacred Pools are a 1 1/2 - 2 hour drive Renting a car at the airport is an option. But I do have a car for rent. Check out my car on Turo! The condo is stocked with everything I could think of, as if my own family and friends are staying there. The $200 deposit is to cover any of the above items, should they be damaged or lost.
