Relax on your own private lanai, look at spectacular ocean views & enjoy the amazing sunrises over the crystal turquoise waters! Perfect place to enjoy your favorite water activities like swimming, snorkeling w/ tropical fish & sea turtles, kayaking, paddle boarding & fishing! VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!! ****** This is an older building on the beach & there is construction & renovations going on at this property right now during normal business hours on the weekdays so it can get VERY noisy during these times!! The pool has limited hours or may be closed right now, but the ocean is better to swim in anyways! You will want to be out and about enjoying the beach and the island during construction hours :) Completely & beautifully remodeled and updated throughout, granite countertops & all new appliances, all kitchenware, linens, towels, etc. Washer & Dryer right in the condo & all brand new classy high end furniture! Free parking & 24-hour security! There is no AC, but lovely ocean breezes and ceiling & floor fans help keep this condo nice and comfortable! This is not a fancy hotel or resort, just a simple beachfront condo. Do not move or sleep on the living room sofa please & be mindful of the ceiling fans for tall individuals. 2 people max. Remember this is the tropics! This property is located in the "Country" part of Oahu, so you will see chickens & geckos, insects & other little creatures too as this is just normal for this climate and the islands! Please do not leave any unopened food laying around in your unit, sugar in the cupboards etc. We have pest spray done frequently but you may see unwanted bugs from the spraying, just to be aware and know this is just a normal way of living here :) Additional amenities: *Tables and lounge chairs by the pool and on the 2 acres of grassy lawn and beach for guests and residents to enjoy * Outdoor BBQ area at the north end of the private beach * A pool right on the lawn, next to the beach so you can swim in the calm and safe(r) water while still enjoying the sound and smell of the ocean. *Ocean facing gym with additional bathroom upstairs. * 24/7 Building security A few things to bear in mind: *Streaming available on the 2 smart TVs but no cable. * The building HOA does not allow pets, sorry! *There is no smoking inside the unit or lanai. Nowhere at the building but there are smoking sections on the property out by the road. ** Maximum Occupancy: 2 People * Check in is at 4PM, Check out is at 10AM There is a little convenience store, Kaya's, and food trucks within walking distance & “Times Supermarket” in Temple Valley is the last Grocery store before you get here from the airport. More reasonably priced and less crowded than Safeway in Kaneohe. Foodland is about 10 minutes North and has the best selection near us, but it’s closed on Sundays. Closest to us is Tamura’s Grocery, 6 minutes North, and Longs, right near it, has a good dry foods/drinks selection. The condo comes with a FREE parking spot. Or you can take the bus to conveniently access these and other points of interest. The bus stops are located right in front of the building. The front lanai slider door will be repaired soon. It works just need adjusting and new wheels. Waiting for parts :) Also, the jalousie window in the bedroom needs to be replaced and waiting for parts for that too!!! So there is road noise from the bedroom.
