You will have the whole property all to yourself. Main house has 2 bedrooms and there is a studio above the garage - all included in this rental. Although the studio has its own separate entrance as well. Additional notes: Do not play or climb over the fence surrounding the property. Our maintenance person will be taking care of the trash bins - pull/push them back every Thursday Guests will have access to the entire space except for a few closets and cabinets that we have locked. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies. Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction. Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed. — As a friendly reminder, if you have any issue during your stay, please it bring to our attention. We are happy to assist right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy.
