Natural light pours into the space through huge vintage-style windows in every room. Separate living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook flow together beautifully, yet also provide some natural division for different activities in each space. The large kitchen with custom island provides everything you need to make cooking a group activity. The dining table seats 6 easily, and the unique booth in the breakfast nook is great for smaller groups and more intimate conversations. The glider-rocker paired with a pouf/small ottoman is a great place to sit and relax with a cup of coffee/tea and a book. The 3 upstairs bedrooms are equipped with a king, queen, and 2 single beds respectively. Downstairs there is even more space! Light pours into this part of the space as well through several windows, giving it a lighter and brighter feel than you would expect from a basement. A kids play room is stocked with toys for little ones, but also doubles as a great space to work out. The 4th bedroom downstairs also has its own living space, giving it a bit of separation from the rest of the house if one of the members of your group wants a little more privacy. Outside, our classic craftsman-style front porch with porch swing is a great place to enjoy the peaceful aura of our neighborhood and some great conversation. Our driveway has room for 2-3 vehicles, depending on the type of vehicle you have. Please do not park on the grass! There is enough space in the driveway for 2 or possibly 3 cars depending on the type of vehicle you have. There is no overnight parking on the street. Please do not park on the grass! As frequent AirBNB guests ourselves, we know the value of having a host that is available and communicative, yet not over-involved. Our property manager Alex is very communicative and available to help with anything, yet you'll never see him if you don't want to. We love that our space is located in the heart of Manhattan, just steps away from KSU. Walkability is a true highlight as exploring campus couldn't be easier. Arrow Coffee Co., Pizza Shuttle, & JP's Sports Bar & Grill are all a short walk away. Walking distance to KSU and BSFS. Our place is also a short walk away from Manhattan's aTa bus route. Another fun option are rentable Link scooters. One of the Link hubs is just a short walk away!
