This is our ohana suite in a quiet residential area. The suite includes access to your own lanai complete with patio furniture. We are 20 minutes from the international airport and less than a 10 min drive to center of downtown with restaurants and shopping areas. 7 min drive to magic sand beach and only a 15 min walk to Ali'i drive. We live on the property upstairs and you will have your own entrance. There is keyless entry via code for your convenience. A/C available. The guest suite has its own entrance. The kitchenette has a hot plate, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker with ground coffee, utensils, dinnerware sets, cups and wine glasses. A/C included which is nice to have on hot days. Easy access to the highway. Designated parking spot on our driveway. EV charging is available upon request. The rate is 49cents per kWh which you can pay after. This place is not suitable for kids under 13 years of age. Entrance is on the left under the lanai. Keyless entry provides access with a code or key fob (located inside). A key for the deadbolt is also provided if you prefer extra security. If there are any bananas ready to eat, feel free to pick a few and enjoy! You will have your own space and entrance so if you don’t want any interaction, you won’t even see us mostly. However, if you want interaction to get recommendations and traveling tips or for anything, we are here. Feel free to talk to us! Quiet neighborhood but there is some traffic noise once a while. If you are sensitive to noise, it might be bothersome. Since it’s quiet neighborhood we ask that you please observe quiet time from 9pm to 7am. The house is close to highway and it will be easy to find with GPS. I recommend you to have a car to go around the island since it’s so big. We have beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, a cooler, snorkeling gear and fins if you would like to borrow them for the beach.
