There is additional condo downstairs that sleeps 4. Kiva fireplace is NOT functional. Plaza is a 3 minute drive. Contact me at booking if bringing children or a pet, there are pet rules. The condo is NOT within walking distance to the Plaza. Please note, the balcony is not set up until May. Please know I am not a corporation or large vacation rental company. I maintain, clean and service both condos myself. You will never have an issue contacting me for any issue, big or small. I provide coffee (French press and Mr Coffee) and tea. The kitchen is fully functional there is a beautiful outdoor space and comfortable beds. Pets are very welcome, but please inform me before your visit if you are bringing pets, there is an additional $30 pet fee. The Kiva fireplace is only for decoration, the chimney is blocked up. If the fireplace is used the guest will be responsible for all damages inside the condo, including loss of earnings, and any damages to the building and other residents property. Please note the condo is NOT within walking distance from the Plaza. Driving time to downtown is about 4 minutes. It is centrally located to ALL Santa Fe tourist sites. Please note that I pack up the balcony from November 1st due to snow and wet weather and set it up again in May, but it is weather dependent. Condo is on the 3rd floor. Please read house rules before booking with regards to rules for bringing your pet. There is video surveillance on the front door to the condo, and at the back balcony area. No surveillance inside the condo. Access to the entire condo The condo is located just off the highway in a very safe, quiet neighborhood about a 7 minute walk to the DeVargas mall that has supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. It is a 30 minute walk to downtown and the Plaza, and a 3-5 minute drive. It is located centrally to all Santa Fe has to offer, including, great hiking, Santa Fe opera house, Meow Wolf, Railyard Arts District, Los Alamos National Laboratories and Ski Santa Fe. Condo is on the 3rd floor. Some noise restrictions apply as to not disturb the downstairs guests. If you are checking in after 9pm please inform me. Please do not jump, run or thump on the floors. Please note the condo is NOT within walking distance from the Plaza, however, driving time to downtown is about 4 minutes. It is centrally located to ALL Santa Fe tourist sites. This is an ECO building. Heat will be set at 72 degrees or lower during the winter and 75 degrees during the summer. Coffee and tea are supplied. Please contact me for any questions you might have. The property has video surveillance on the front door for your security and on the back balcony. There is no video inside the unit.
