All taxes are included in published rate. The Gardenia suites is one of 4 suites at the Kaiholo Hale located outside of Paia town in a small neighborhood called Kuau. Gardenia Suite is located on the first floor offering a spacious one bedroom with 1.5 bathrooms and a full kitchen with outside sitting area. A laundry facility is on the property. The suite offers a home away from home with all amenities you need to prepare a delicious meal. The stroll to Kuau Beach and Maui's famous fish restaurant "Mama's Fish House" is just a few minutes. Kaiholo Hale is professional managed and we love to hear from our guests. Our company is located in Haiku and open Monday to Friday. Please note, the internet in this area is very slow. The only provider is DSL and the infrastructure is not as developed you are used to. We recommend to bring a hotspot like a myfi if you are on business and relying on good connection. Kuau is a small neighborhood just a few minutes from a small beach with tidal pools, a place to cool off on hot summer days, to snorkel and relax. In the winter time watch the big waves breaking on the outside reefs or walk (1/2 mile) to Ho'okipa Beach Park to see the surfers and windsurfers riding the big north shore waves. Paia town is only 1 mile away with gourmet restaurants and boutiques Enjoy Baldwin Beach Park, our country town Makawao and the road to Hana. We recommend to rent a car if you like to see all the beauty Maui has to offer. Bus service is very limited on the island. This neighborhood is a hotel/resort area. Maximum occupancy is 2 guest including children of all ages. Use of the property and home is for registered guests only. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, parking is available for two cars (tandem parking), there is no street parking available. A rental agreement has to be signed within 7 days of booking including pre-check in form requirinig your valid credit card in your name in order to check-in. Rates include taxes (17.42%), there are no additional fees. Minimum stay during Holiday Season is 14 days. This is a non-smoking property. 3rd party reservations are not accepted.
