It offers 4 spacious bedrooms (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs) with a full bathroom upstairs and downstairs. The downstairs has its own living room area, TV, and coffee bar. A pack-n-play is available to our guests. The home also features a large front porch and private backyard with a firepit. The home’s open space will allow you and your party plenty of room to socialize while still having your own space to just retreat and relax. It’s also equipped with an Amazon Echo on first floor and Roku’s on the upstairs and downstairs TV’s. House also equipped with 1000Mbps WiFi providing plenty of bandwidth for all guests. The home also offers new appliances, including a washer and dryer which guests may use if needed. We provide detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience. Feeling like a bonfire? We have a fire pit with firewood in the backyard for guests. With a private driveway and free street parking you will have plenty of parking space during your stay. The IGLOO Experience is a seasonal backyard feature (November thru March or as weather permits). It is a cozy backyard space that has outdoor furniture, a space heater, soft lighting, and tables. Guests have access to all areas of the property except the garage. We will always be available in case guests need us at anytime. Guests are able to self check in anytime after the arrival time.
