Downtown features an Antique Mall, restaurants, OnCue gas station and convenience store, the city library, Payne County Bank, dog grooming, and several other amenities. Highway 33 provides additional restaurants, Williams grocery store, Dollar General, and other amenities. At the western intersection of Highway 33 and Highway 177, you will find Ampride gas station and convenience store. At the eastern intersection of Highway 33 and Highway 177, you will find McDonald’s, Sonic, Stillwater Medical Family Care, Stroud National Bank, and Perkins Drug. The Oklahoma Territorial Plaza is a definite attraction! Featuring the home of Frank Eaton (OSU’s “Pistol Pete” mascot) and other notable structures, The Plaza also offers a free splash pad, open during the summer season. Cimarron Casino is just a short 1 mile drive. Directly west on Kirk Street. The Golf Course at Cimarron Trails is 1/2 mile north. Our property will accommodate four vehicles. The carport easily can store two of those. Please park only in the driveway area. Uber serves the area, so getting to Stillwater and surrounding communities is easy. I live here part time. I have my personal items in secured closets and cabinets. Feel free to enjoy my home and relax. I will not be here during your stay. Perishable items in the refrigerator and freezer are available to you. If you have anything you wish to leave behind, please do so. The neighbors sometimes are particular, and can be concerned about strangers in the area. Feel free to introduce yourself if the neighbors are outside.
