Once into the living room off to the right hand side is the master bedroom with queen size bed and en suite restroom that’s private to that room and a walk-in closet. Across the living room is two more doors. One is the door for the Jack and Jill bedroom and the others the door for the Jack and Jill bathroom. This bedroom does have a queen size bed and it has entry to the restroom from the bedroom . The restroom is shared with whoever else may be staying in the house with you , and it also has a walk-in closet. This property is located in an up and coming area between Southtown and King William District right on the extended reach of the Riverwalk… within walking distance you have the Blue Star Arts complex and Southtown with flavorful eateries and plentiful amounts of delicious beer!! From the stairway balcony when you leave the unit if you look straight ahead, you’ll see the old Lonestar brewery so this is an old neighborhood that that’s like reminiscent of small town charm. Everybody’s so polite and nice and it’s just a really great place to be. We have a great bus service called via. We also have Lyft and Uber. Due to our location with the Riverwalk, you will find lots of scooters and bicycles that you can rent nearby and those are a great way to maneuver your way down the Riverwalk. We do offer a full concierge service if you feel like you need groceries or any kind of extra amenities that we may not provide let us know and we can definitely put together a shopping list for you and total it up. You can send payment and then I would go to the store and pick up whatever you needed, and we can even do that for you prior to arrival by having your refrigerator stocked.
