Ocean views are some of Ke Nani Kai condo’s very best. As you enter, custom-laid marble flooring. Full Kitchen with beautiful bamboo cabinetry, pendant & recessed lighting, stainless appliances & sink, reverse osmosis system. Ocean views from master bedroom & a spa-like master bath with bamboo cabinets, shower w/rock basin & built-in bench. Two sets of lanai doors allow in plenty of light with air circulation. Overhead fans throughout the unit keep the unit cool in the summer. From the tiled lanai you have an ocean view. Walk out through the glass doors to a private lanai for morning coffee or outdoors dining. Spend time together and prepare FOOD in the kitchen or in the gas BBQ's at the community/pool area. The unit is fully furnished. Washer/dryer available in the unit. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: Easy walk around the property, access to pristine beaches, or hike the trails: Ilio Point or Laau Point with AWE along with way along with secluded beaches. Free private wifi is available with a SMART TV for those who want to stay connected. Molokai is remote. Cellular service on island is spotty. Verizon has most coverage but in our area, it’s not strong. Wifi is not reliable nor consistent for the whole condo association as we are all on the same bandwidth so this area is not ideal for working remotely on a regular basis. I’ve done a day here and there. You will receive a code to the lock box to get into the unit. The common area is available once you check in on site with the property management. This area has a large blue tiled swimming pool, long enough to swim laps with a hot tub. Two tennis courts, gas barbecues and covered dining areas are also available in this area. There is room with a free book exchange. "The Store" is available walking distance toward the Kepuhi Beach. No restaurants nearby. We will be available by phone and email. We have a great team on island to help you. The Ke Nani resident management staff are available and very helpful. Spectrum cable for internet is not reliable. The entire condo complex is on a certain speed and we are not able to upgrade individual units. It would be difficult to work reliably in this area if you need the internet. Cell service is also limited and the best on the island is Verizon. Verizon does not have great coverage in our area. Modern condo in a rural setting to get away from the city. You may see seals on the beach and peacocks, turkeys, cane toads, mongoose, deer on the property. There is a small neighborhood store. More food and supplies are available in Kaunakakai (main town) near the airport but depending on what time you fly in, you may need to plan ahead for some food. Walking/jogging path around the property- part of it may be the old golf course. Kepuhi Beach is within walking distance. Papohaku beach is a few minutes drive (or longer walk/jog): 10.4-acre beach park features swimming, picnic tables, BBQs, campsites & a comfort station. You would need a car. With deer on the island, be careful driving at night. Closest gas station is in the main town. Free Wifi and smart TV available. Cable TV is available but the service available on the island is not dependable. Cellular service on Molokai island can be inconsistent depending on your service and location.
