The Point is a single-level condo on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms. The first Master Bedroom overlooks the ocean with a King bed and luxury spa-like ensuite. The second bedroom comes with two TwinXL beds.  From the living room and dining room watch the golfers on one of the most prestigious golf courses in Hawaii. During winter you can watch Humpback whales play just off the shoreline. A short walk away is famous 49 Black Sand Beach. Enjoy movie night on the large TV. If you have business to attend to there is a convenient desk in the living room that can be used, enjoy ocean views during your work day. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club (access included), exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer.  We use enhanced cleaning protocols with electrostatic cleaners to disinfect and sanitize the entire home. Things to do: Staying in Mauna Lani Point gives you full access to its recreation complex with private pool and spa hot tub. You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkelling in calm waters! A short drive away are six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach. The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa. Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings. A car is advised to get out and explore the Big Island and all its adventures and diverse landscape. After your booking is accepted on Airbnb you will receive a copy of our home use agreement. We require this to be signed and returned in order to confirm your booking. IMPORTANT: Although the Homeowner Association (HOA) schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Guests are reminded to keep lanai/patio doors closed especially at night. If our guest spots more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
