This 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo is located in a small boutique complex of only 9 units and has been recently fully renovated. Brand new windows recently installed. Direct oceanfront with a private dune walkover for ease, you are sure to spend plenty of time on the wide, white sandy beaches. After a fully day of exploring the historic district or beach combing for shells, gather together in the comfortably furnished living room to watch a movie on the flat screen tv, or relax on the fully screened in porch listening to the waves. The living also is equipped with a sleeper sofa for those extra guests. The Guest Bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed, and offers a peaceful respite. The Master Bedroom offers ocean views, king bed, flat screen TV plus DVD player and its own full bathroom. In the hall is another completely renovated bathroom offering plenty of counter space and a shower. Cooking meals is a breeze as the bright and clean kitchen offers plenty of essentials including a Keurig, pots, and pans plus plenty of dishware. Order in or go enjoy the local restaurants along the A1A Beach Blvd, including several shops for souvenirs or other needs. Sea Oats Villas #5 will be the perfect place to spend your St. Augustine vacation and we hope you will be our guest! The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods: * 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion) * 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom * 1 Paper Towel Roll * 1 Bottle of Dish Soap * 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom * Dishwasher tabs * Laundry Soap * Several Kitchen Trash Bags * New Sponge * General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax. Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses and the St Augustine Amphitheatre within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about a mile away. Old Town Trolley has a Beach Bus that will connect you with their trolleys downtown, so you can go to and from downtown without driving. Also, the Sunshine Bus is our local transit system of St. Augustine.
