With a large living room, full kitchen, exercise room, washer/dryer, and one bay of garage parking available to use, this house provides the perfect space to rejuvenate at the end of your day. ***NOTICE TO NEW MEMBERS*** Booking requests from members without any prior reviews in their profiles will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may not be accepted. ***WINTER WEATHER POLICIES*** Please note that cancellations due to severe winter weather are NOT accepted, and are not generally covered by Airbnb's Extenuating Circumstances Policy. It is strongly recommended that you consider obtaining travel insurance if you have concerns that winter weather could impact your travel. The Pierre area has only minimal (and often unreliable) commercial snow removal services, and I do not reside locally to assist with snow removal. Therefore, snow removal from the driveway and outdoor walkways during your stay is NOT provided. A snow shovel and an electric snowblower are both available for your use during your stay. Similarly - every effort will be made to have snow cleared at the time of your check-in. However, if you happen to be checking in during or in the immediate aftermath of a snowstorm, this may not be possible. If you are arriving within 48 hours of a major snowfall, please be aware that you made need to clear snow from the driveway and/or walkways as necessary and desired for access.
