Corbin Cove is hidden tranquility in Franklin, NC. Perfectly situated for motorcycle enthusiasts, trout fishing & family outings, we are located close to Bryson City, Cherokee, Maggie Valley & Waynesville. Fully paved access with covered carport parking available. Ample parking for trucks & trailers. Stay here and ride Tail of the Dragon, Moonshiner 28, Cherohala Skyway & Blue Ridge Parkway. We are 2.5 hours north of Atlanta, 2.5 hours southeast of Knoxville & 3 hours west of Charlotte. You’re invited to experience the peace and tranquility of Corbin Cove in the Holly Springs community of Franklin, NC. This spacious 40’ RV sits on 14 acres with the serene sound of the burbling creek below it. Enjoy a calming view of Corbin Knob while sipping your morning coffee at the fire pit, just steps from the RV. Relax in the gazebo and listen to the birds. Spend quiet time creek side in the double hammock, have a picnic or a fire in the pit area. Feed our horses apples, play with our pygmy goats and enjoy fresh eggs that our chickens lay every day! This RV is appointed with a king size bed in the main bedroom and two queen size beds in the rear bedroom. It sports 1.5 bathrooms for up to 6 guests. During your stay you have access to 2 separate fire pit/sitting areas, one close to the RV and the other below it at the creek. At the creekside area there is a picnic table with umbrella and a double hammock. It’s the perfect place for a nap! The creek is a great place to wade and cool off, so bring your water shoes. We live on the property and are available to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Need something special...just ask! You are welcome to enjoy the deck on our home. We love meeting our guests; however, if you want an experience that does not include us we will totally accommodate your wishes. Your dogs are welcome; please note we have 2 spayed female dogs of our own. If you don't like dogs we will keep them away from you and your guests. Unfortunately we are not able to allow cats. Corbin Cove is a dead end road with nearly no traffic. We love living here because it is SO quiet. You can sit outside and hear nothing but the creek and birds. When you arrive to the property, please follow the asphalt driveway up to the RV. You may park anywhere at the RV. We have ample parking for a dually truck and 18’ trailer in front of the RV. If your trailer is longer than that, we can park it in our pasture. Just pack your bags with clothes and toiletries (we do not provide soap, shampoo, etc.). The kitchen has all you need to cook. There is a gas grill, charcoal grill with charcoal & lighter fluid, a picnic table and chairs at the RV. We provide a Keurig with coffee (one flavor). The bathroom has bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. All linens for the bed are provided. We do not provide soap, shampoo, etc. If you have any questions as to what is available in the RV, just ask!
