The 3 main levels all have deck access to enjoy the breathtaking mountain views. Here's what to expect at the cabin: You will walk up a ramp to get to the front entrance. No stairs to enter the cabin. On the main level you will find: ◆ Fully Equipped Kitchen ◆ Dining Area ◆ Family Room with electric fireplace and a beautiful mountain view. ◆ One bedroom with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Downstairs is where the fun happens! Here you find: ◆ Indoor Swimming Pool ◆ Hot Tub on the deck with beautiful mountain views. ◆ Game Room with Pool Table, 2-person arcade, and virtual Pinball machine ◆ One bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub. ◆ Laundry area ◆ Additional booth-style seating. Upstairs one level from the main level you will find: ◆ One King-size bedroom with ensuite bathroom including a walk-in shower. ◆ A second family room area with a sleeper sofa and, you guessed it, beautiful mountain views! ◆ One half bathroom Travel up one more level to find the bunk room with 2 double beds and a TV in the room. All TVs in the cabin are Roku TV's. With guest mode, you can log in to all of your favorite streaming services and you will automatically be logged out at check out. **Don't forget to bring your passwords! The Smoky's is an exciting place to be in the summertime! You will have access to all areas of the cabin except the locked owner's closets and utility closets. The fastest way to reach me is through messaging in the Airbnb App. I try to respond within an hour between the hours of 9 AM - 9 PM. The Preserve Pool Lodge is located in the beautiful Preserve Resort You will need to drive to the resort and should be able to find the cabin easily with your favorite maps app. There is free parking in front of the cabin. ◆ Your booking will not include access to the resort amenities such as the resort pool. You will have your very own pool to enjoy at the cabin! ◆The pool service may need to come to the cabin to service the pool during your stay. ◆The roads to the cabin are paved and well maintained and easy to maneuver in the summer will all vehicles. During winter months, 4 WD is highly recommended. Please review the winter information provided after booking. ◆ The cabin gets its water from a community well. If there is a power outage, this can affect the water pumps that supply the water. It is a good idea to bring bottled water in case it is needed. ◆There is one security camera located on the front of the cabin near the front door to capture video of access to the front door and the parking area. The cameras record video only, no audio. ◆There is a hot tub at the cabin. Although this is not a common occurrence, at certain, unspecified times, there may be water restrictions in the resort that prevent the cleaners from being able to drain the hot tub between guests. If the water is not suitable for guest use then the hot tub may need to be taken out of service and not be available during your stay.
