It is located in a fantastic location on Toorak Road, with tram stops at the door and between two railway stations. This well-designed apartment is newly furnished and offers the ultimate experience of an inner-city lifestyle in a truly outstanding location. Two of the bedrooms are located at one end of the apartment whilst another bedroom located on the other side, off the living and dining area. The separate kitchen has all your cooking needs. Please note that there are no lifts at the home. Guests must climb two flights of stairs to get to the apartment. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours.
