The home has been renovated with new kitchens, baths floors, etc. The TVs are equipped with Roku and there is Fiber optic internet and WiFi. All the beds and furnishings are new and comfortable. There are new Heat/AC units for comfort year-round. The kitchens are fully equipped for your needs and convenience. This includes the entire home and nothing is shared and access to all is included. The home is self-check-in using a keypad door lock. You'll receive the code the day of your check-in. We aim to provide all instruction online. If there are any issues please contact the property manager. We have excellent cleaning professionals and a maintenance man available for all needs that may occur. Central Location on side street very close to shopping and restaurants and entertainment. It is a nice neighborhood that is safe and relatively quiet. On the north side is a vacant lot, the east side has a great grocery store the south side has a nice family and the west side has a Church that is rarely occupied. The yard is fenced on 3 sides and there is a wonderful large shade tree and patio. You can walk to most things in the downtown area in 15 or 20 minutes. It is an easy drive to Bryce and Zion National Park. Lake Powell and the North Rim are also easy to get to. Then relax in our home from your adventures. Please be aware that we do use outdoor-only cameras to ensure our property is staying safe. This is a non-smoking home. While we allow dogs in our home please be respectful of our space. We do have a pet fee that goes toward any additional cleaning or maintenance needed while we hope that this will not be needed we find that longevity maintenance is needed. We ask that you keep your pets off the furnishings or put a cover over the furnishings. Please clean up after your animals inside and outside. This area is amazing at all times of the year! This is the "Wild West", where dozens of Western movies were made, and the scenery will blow you away. It also is the hub of State and National Parks. While you visit, come and tour Best Friends Animal Sanctuary located just 15 minutes north of Kanab. We appreciate your visit and hope it will be a vacation that has wonderful memories of the area.
