The Seagrape Bay complex is located off Mango Street, a short stroll to the beach. The complex has it own private heated pool and Jacuzzi with pool side lounge chairs for your use. This is a small complex that sits next to the Back Bay waters. Enjoy wildlife viewing, serenity, easy access to the beach and fishing. This unit has been completely renovated. Enjoy the 55-inch TV in living room area and enjoy home-cooked meals in the private dining room. Feel welcomed by the new furniture, carpet, blinds, and brand-new bathrooms and in this beautiful condo. Everything new to make your stay in paradise even more unforgettable. Bonus: This condo has the closest covered parking spot to the elevator. There is a $100 non-refundable application fee that is required for the rental of this condo.
