Upon entering this vacation rental you are greeted with a spacious open floor plan. This common living space has a kitchen, dining area, living room, and private lanai. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed to prepare your favorite dishes. Two guests can keep the chef company in the kitchen by taking a seat at the built-in breakfast bar. In addition to this seating is the dining table with four more seats. Past the kitchen is a cozy living room. Seating options are arranged around a TV ideal for family entertainment. WIFI is also provided. Tucked away are a washer and dryer handy for wet swimsuits after a dip in the pool or visit at the beach. A single window air conditioning unit is available to keep you cool. Open the lanai doors to let in a coastal breeze. This oceanfront lanai has a patio table and chairs. This is the best spot to relax & enjoy the sunset! When you are feeling tired, choose between the two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a King-size bed, ceiling fan, lanai access, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed, ceiling fan and is adjacent to the guest bathroom that includes a walk-in shower and spacious vanity. Kona Bali Kai has a swimming pool area with lounge chairs, a hot tub, and several BBQ stations. Kona Bali Kai #314 is perfect for romantic sunsets, peaceful naps, and is a private place to watch surfers and sea turtles - what more could you ask for! Minimum night varies seasonally 4 -10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, no pets allowed. Once the reservation is paid in full and rental policies are signed, we provide directions from the airport to the property with access codes. We are happy to assist you with any information, recommendations or assistance with any issues in the home. Our office is open 7 days a week and you have free access to an off-site Kona Concierge as part of your reservation. Kona Alii Drive Most people rent a car while visiting the Big Island so they can explore the entire island. For those not wanting to drive, there are taxis available. Each guest is expected to agree to Kona Coast Vacations Rental Policies at time of booking, a copy of the policies is available on our website. These include the house rules for the condo complex or private home. Travel insurance is available. Rates and availability are subject to verification at time of booking. Cleaning fee is combined with a service fee & Peace of Mind Protection. We take pride in the cleanliness of our properties but please be advised pests will enter the homes though open doors, windows and even hitchhike in on luggage, packages, or your person. These may include geckos, ants, cockroaches, palmetto bugs, etc. – all common in this tropical environment.
