So beautiful you’ll hardly want to leave the condo, but there are too many amazing things to do in the nearby vicinity and the Big Island as a whole. Our place has something to offer everyone! My wife and I fell in love with Big Island and Kona on our honeymoon and have been coming yearly ever since. We have stayed at numerous hotels and vacation rentals on the Big Island, so we were very excited to get a chance to own a place at the lovely Kona Bali Kai Condo. Perfect location for any interest. Our condo has been updated in 2022 with modern split unit wall mount AC units in each room – unique for Kona Bali Kai. Each room has large powerful ceiling fans. Large TV in living room. Comfy Cal-King bed in the primary room with firm memory foam mattress (Casper). Streaming TV in guest room to stream all your favorite services. In unit washer/dryer. Well-appointed kitchen, awesome to have a kitchen when staying on the island – cook some amazing meals and enjoy on lanai or prepare some great picnics for the days adventure. Start your day with walks/runs on world famous Ali'i drive or just sit on the lanai and watch the ocean waves comes in. If you're lucky you’ll spot some whales (in season) or dolphins, and you’ll definitely spot a Honu (sea turtle). Located about 2 miles to Kona town and all the restaurants/stores in one direction, and beaches and beach parks in the other (Banyans surf spot, Pahoehoe Beach Park, Magic Sands Beach ). There is a nice town shuttle (Kona Trolley) that runs along Ali'i Dr which will is great to take around town. And loads of bike, e-bike, snorkel, surf rental shops along Ali'i drive. Kona Bali Kai is an excellent condo with private gated pool, oceanfront grassy area to picnic/lounge, oceanfront BBQ area, covered parking, the famous Poke Shack restaurant on site (a must due – get there early). We welcome you to come share a bit or our paradise and join our 'ohana. Minimum night varies seasonally 4 -10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, no pets allowed. Once the reservation is paid in full and rental policies are signed, we provide directions from the airport to the property with access codes. We are happy to assist you with any information, recommendations or assistance with any issues in the home. Our office is open 7 days a week and you have free access to an off-site Kona Concierge as part of your reservation. Kona Alii Drive Most people rent a car while visiting the Big Island so they can explore the entire island. For those not wanting to drive, there are taxis available. Each guest is expected to agree to Kona Coast Vacations Rental Policies at time of booking, a copy of the policies is available on our website. These include the house rules for the condo complex or private home. Travel insurance is available. Rates and availability are subject to verification at time of booking. Cleaning fee is combined with a service fee & Peace of Mind Protection. We take pride in the cleanliness of our properties but please be advised pests will enter the homes though open doors, windows and even hitchhike in on luggage, packages, or your person. These may include geckos, ants, cockroaches, palmetto bugs, etc. – all common in this tropical environment.
