The open floor plan provides lots of space and features tile flooring throughout with hints of tasteful island furnishings and artwork. J104 also features an entertainment center with a television, DVD, VCR and CD player for guests to enjoy. The upgraded kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom offers a large king size bed with a TV and private access to the lanai. The master bedroom also features a large bathroom with marble flooring and countertops with his and her vanities and a separate bathtub and shower. The second bedroom offers guests 2 twin size beds (that may be converted to a king upon request at time of booking) as well as an attached full bathroom with a large walk-in shower and private access to the main lanai area. A sofa sleeper is available in the living room for one additional guest. All guests who stay at the Mauna Lani Terrace will have access to use the communal pool (heated), children's pool, hot tub, a community kitchen and picnic areas with seating and gas BBQ's. The picnic areas & community kitchen may be reserved with the Resident Manager for outdoor cookouts. Parking for one vehicle is provided. The Mauna Lani Terrace is a non-smoking property. As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the following facilities on the resort: the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs), Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Club, Mauna Lani Tennis Shop and the Mauna Lani Golf Club (North & South Golf Course). Access fees to use these facilities are due at point of sale. Our on-site resort office at the Mauna Lani Terrace is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited. The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 17.962% tax on the rent and additional fees.
