It overlooks the world class Waikoloa Golf Course and is part of the Waikoloa Beach resort. In this resort are 2 luxury hotels - Waikoloa Hilton and Marriott with Luaua's, 2 shopping centers - Queen's Marketplace and the King's Shops with a variety of stores, restaurants, and a movie theater and has access to Anaemaholo Bay which is a beautiful beach and home of Lava Lava Beach Club, a fun restaurant on the beach with live entertainment. The townhome has a garage which can be viewed in the photos. Guests can unload infront of the garage. There is a reserved parking spot for guests right around the corner. There are visitor spots throughout the resort where there is no reserved signage in the spot for day visitors. If you like walking, Waikoloa resort has walkways and beach access paths throughout including walking to the shops and restaurants. One of the Colony Villas pools and barbeque areas is right around the corner from our condo.
