You can access Maui’s longest sandy beach through Haycraft Park at the end of the road. It is a 5-minutes 0.2-mile walk. The unit is next to Maui Ocean Center and within walking distance of some restaurants and shops nearby. Ma’alaea Habor is where most water activities depart. It is a 2-minute drive from the unit. However the best way to explore other parts of the island is by driving. **About the Reservation** • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise. • Any stay longer than 30 days requires additional tenant screening, lease signing and security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. **About Fees & Pricing** • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. **House Rules** • This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
