The house has its own private pool, sauna, hot tub, children's play area and table tennis. The perfect place to escape the noise and the stress of the city for a short weekend escape or longer holiday with the family. The house has 3 floors. On the first floor, there is a wine room with a selected collection of Bulgarian wines, TV, fireplace and a big wooden table for ten people. Next to the wine room is the spa area - jacuzzi for six people, sauna and massage room. The table tennis is also on this floor. On the second floor, there is a spacious living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. One of the bedrooms with private bathroom is also situated on this floor. On the third floor are the other three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. In front of the house is the garden with 10 meters swimming pool and children's play area. The house has private parking for four cars. - Homemade breakfast is included in the price.
