The guest bedrooms each have a queen bed. There are HDTVs in the living room and the master bedroom with wirless highspeed internet. There is a dining room with seating for 8. There is a regulation size pool table in the living room. The home is near restaurants, walking trails, golf courses and Lake Balboa in Hot Springs Village golf and lake vacation resort.  This home is in a gated community so you will need to come to the rental office for check in. The rental office will provide keys, driving directions, security access and wifi information. Information on amenities, restaurants, shopping and area attractions will be provided at check in. Once booked, guests will be contacted and provided check in procedures. Guests can communicate at any time using Airbnb messenger or may call the office at any time with questions. For any emergency guests may call the after hours answering service for service requests after hours. Hot Springs Village is located in a large wooded, remote area of central Arkansas and public transportation is not available. Private transportation is available for hire. Reservation policy 1. Valid Credit Card to hold the reservation. 2. Deposit of first nights lodging charged to credit card at time of booking. 3. With cancellation more than 5 days prior to arrival (7 days prior for Holidays or Family Reunions) deposit is fully refunded. 4. Total charge for reservation is charged 72 hours prior to arrival.
