Located in Belgrade, in a new subdivision. Easy access to many things like restaurants, the Gallatin River, Bozeman Hot Springs, and easy freeway access to explore MT. Yellowstone is 90 min to both the North and West entrance. Come enjoy MT in Belgrade, just 15 min to Bozeman! You will have the whole unit to yourself. There is a great room with the kitchen, dining, and living room attached. There is an air mattress for additional sleeping in the living room if needed. There is a half bathroom when you come in from the garage. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a chair in every room and there are two TV’s upstairs where you can connect to any app you stream your shows. There is no cable or Satellite TV. There are hotel sheets and plenty of assorted pillows to choose from… some are flatter, chunky, thicker, Tempurpedic, foam chunks, to try to appease everyone. There are even more pillows in the closets. Steal a pillow from another bedroom if you don't like the ones in your room. If you’re picky about your pillows, you are always welcome to bring your own as well... haha! Master bedroom - King bed with a huge walk-in closet with built-in shelving, desk, chair, yellow couch. Memory foam mattress. En-suite bathroom with two sinks. Bedroom 1 (Pink and white room)- Queen memory foam mattress, chair, small dresser. Another small dresser is in the closet. Bedroom 2 (Black and green room)-Queen bed, desk also used as an end table, chair, TV, and stand. Shelf for extra storage in the closet. There is a port-a-crib, a few toys, books, games, and puzzles. There are two foam coolers in the garage you are welcome to use and a ski rack. There is an iron and ironing board. Help yourself to any of the granola bars, oatmeal, and coffee/tea/hot cocoa for breakfast. There is a crockpot, blender, toaster, and plenty of utensils. Anything in the unit is yours to enjoy. I live about 10 minutes away if you need anything. This new subdivision is basically all townhouses and is near the Bozeman Airport in Belgrade. The noise from the airport is minimal. The drive into Bozeman is only about 15-20 minutes depending on where in Bozeman. Big Sky Ski Resort is just over an hour and Bridger Bowl is about 30 minutes away. This is not really walking distance to stores or restaurants, but it's about a 8 minute drive to them! Please look at the location, and understand that it's in Belgrade and not necessarily "in" a big city. There is space in the driveway for two cars. Some people can fit more cars in the driveway, or it's free to use the street for parking. You are welcome to park one car in the garage, there is not space for two cars in the garage. There are two grocery stores in Belgrade, some restaurants, and a few other businesses. The drive to Bozeman is quick and easy if you want more amenities. There is an air mattress in a closet if you need another bed for the living room. Please note that this is a inner townhouse unit, so you may hear a little noise from the other units and please be considerate of your noise levels. We have not had noise complaints but I want to warn guests. The three bedrooms and full bathrooms are upstairs, this unit may be difficult for elderly to go up and down the stairs. I have provided box fans for each bedroom to help with noise and air movement, and there is AC. When it gets over 100 degrees in the summer, the AC has a hard time keeping up and it does get a little hot upstairs, but if you open the windows at night and use the fans, it stays cool enough!
